The DOJ Withdraws Three “Outdated” Antitrust Enforcement Policy Statements Previously Providing Safe Harbors

The Biden Administration antitrust enforcement agencies have withdrawn policy statements and guidelines deemed obsolete or inconsistent with their current perspectives.
