Our firm has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in federal and state courts throughout the United States. That experience has led to notable wins for our clients and recognition for our firm. Chambers USA recently recognized GM Law for our “deft handling of a notable antitrust case.”

GM Law represents individuals and companies in antitrust matters involving price-fixing, monopolization, monopsonization, market allocation, tying arrangements, patent abuse, and other alleged anticompetitive conduct. In addition, we counsel and represent businesses in antitrust opt-out litigation.

GM Law also counsels and defends individuals and businesses in all aspects of government antitrust investigations and proceedings, from document demands to grand jury proceedings to trial. Our antitrust attorneys conduct internal corporate investigations of suspected antitrust violations and counsels clients dealing with state and federal antitrust regulatory agencies.

Established in 1992, GM Law prosecutes and defends complex litigation matters throughout the country. The firm has a formidable track record of success in trials, arbitrations and appeals (see representative cases) and a national reputation for an aggressive yet practical approach. Because the firm regularly represents corporate and individual clients in confidential, highly sensitive matters, many of our most significant representations – and wins – are never made public.

Our size gives us the flexibility to offer hourly or alternative fee arrangements (including contingency or blended arrangements). We strategically work in streamlined litigation teams so that each lawyer thoroughly knows your case, the record, and the stakes.

GM Law attorneys are seasoned trial lawyers and our concentrated litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, allows us to approach each case aggressively and with an uncompromising emphasis on victory. It is our experience and track record that gives our clients a material advantage in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
