Vorys lawyers start with the premise that to serve our clients, we need to understand their business, their needs and their objectives. This approach has allowed us to develop a nationally-recognized antitrust practice encompassing litigation, civil and criminal investigations, and counseling.

We have substantial experience in related trade regulation issues such as non-competition, trade secret and dealer termination litigation.  We also have broad experience counseling clients about a myriad of antitrust issues, in a wide variety of industries.

Our firm’s antitrust experience is reflected in the significant leadership positions its lawyers have held in the Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.  Our lawyers regularly speak at business and bar programs on a variety of antitrust issues, including the variety of issues arising in the payments space, as well as teach at the law school level.

We have been an innovative and forward-thinking firm since day one. And that was more than 100 years ago. We know change. We’ve seen a lot of it, and we’ve helped clients navigate through the uncertainties and complexities of it. We’ve succeeded because we have found ways to provide unique solutions to problems, often in ways different than other firms. Ways that keep our firm and our clients prepared for what’s next. It’s what sets us apart. And it’s what makes us a great partner for taking on whatever comes next.

Since the firm was founded in 1909, we have grown from four attorneys with offices on the third floor of a small office building in downtown Columbus, Ohio to a nationally recognized firm of approximately 375 attorneys with nine offices in Ohio, Washington, D.C., Texas, Pennsylvania, California and London. Today, we are an Am Law 200 firm that provides strategic business and legal counsel to businesses, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, throughout the U.S. and around the world.
