Laura E. Sedlak is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Sedlak has experience assisting a diverse range of clients in antitrust, intellectual property and franchise litigation, as well as other commercial disputes, in both state and federal courts. Ms. Sedlak also serves on the Firm’s Diversity Committee.
Ms. Sedlak’s pro bono experience includes civil and criminal matters involving eyewitness misidentification, wrongful disclosure of confidential medical records for individuals living with HIV and legal assistance efforts after Hurricane Sandy.
Ms. Sedlak was previously an Associate at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. During law school, she was a Notes Editor of the Cornell Law Review and served on the Grievance Board.
The Firm’s attorneys represent clients regarding the full range of antitrust issues, including counseling on business strategy, compliance and transactional issues, obtaining merger clearances, representation in government investigations, and representation in government and private litigation.
